Reaching House Tier 4 transforms your building capabilities:

1. Staircase Placement: Choose between spiral staircases, rustic wooden stairs, or modern floating glass steps.
2. Loft & Balcony Builds: Open up two-story vaulted ceilings or fence off a private rooftop sun terrace overlooking the ocean.
3. Zoning Rooms: Dedicated space for customized themed rooms (e.g. Master Bedroom, Chef Kitchen, Alchemy Workshop, Vivarium Gallery).
